Yes, pressure washing can remove paint if the pressure is too high or if the surface is not suitable for pressure washing. Our team takes precautions to ensure that paint and other finishes are not damaged during the cleaning process. One such method is Soft Washing- see below for more information on softwashing. 

Softwashing is the use of lower pressure water flow when cleaning surfaces. This enables us to clean any surface while minimizing risk of damage to your property. We choose the chemical best suited for each surface to be cleaned. This method is preferred on many exterior surfaces.

PeliClean Pro Wash is insured, but we take pride in providing you with the best service possible, which means taking every possible precaution to protect your property. 

Upon arrival, our crew will perform an initial inspection of the property (owner is welcome to accompany the crew to point out and areas of special consideration). 

During the initial inspection, we will document any pre-exisiting damage to the property and tape off exterior outlets, painted/stained doors, etc to prevent damage to them. 

Once the cleaning has been completed, our crew will do a second inspection as well as remove any tape or precautionary methods used during the cleaning. 

We will then document completion of the job and allow the owner/property manager to do a final walk-around with us at time of completion.
